Ration Card
I want to apply for a ration card but for id proof i have pan card and dont have a voters id card. Can i get a ration card? and for residence proof i have nothing. What should i do? Please help me out?

I have suggetion to you,
1) That house must be owned by you or Rented One
A) if Owned then the Property Tax Paid Receipt Or Light Bill Paid Or Telephone Bill. These Xerox copies are required with Original to Show to Officer
B) If Rented then NOC ( On Rs. 100/- Stamp paper with Notary Original to Submit) from The Owner of House & His Electricity Bill & Your Rent Agreement Original to Show & Xerox to Submit
Dear on Above you will After 45 days Get Ration Cards Within India Anywhere
