Good Morning. Dear Sir,
I seek information from PIO,SBI(ADB),Bolangir,Orissa on 22.11.07 for details form I have submitted on my loan availed. But till today,received no reply. I like to appeal,but do not whom to appeal,appeal fees if any. will you please help me ?

Since your reply was due only on 22.12.07, I suggest that you wait for a few days more in order to give sufficient time for postal delays.
SBI falls under the Central Rules and the CIC.
1. First Appellate Authority is a "officer higher in rank than the PIO".
There should be a board in the PA giving details of the FAA.
If the FAA has not been designated and his details not shown on any board, you can submit
your First Appeal to the head of the PA.
2. Under Central Rules, there are no fees to be paid for a First Appeal and there is no specific format. For further details/clarifications, you can see the following threads:
