dear sir
I have issued a cheque which is in the firms name to a party ,unfortunately due to unavailable of funds i have given a stop payment ,but the party is not willing to understand and he says he will threaten to go to legally.what kind of problem will come and how to tackle this issue legally plesae suggest.
