using RTI to get information from my company

Hi,

I want to know that can I get information regarding my PF clearence and no. of PF cases cleared this year by company using RTI.

please guide me how to proceed as company is a PVT. LTD. and they are not informing me regarding my PF status

Pvt. Ltd. companies are not covered under the RTI Act.
Is the PF with a private Trust or the PF Commissioner (EPFO) ?

If it is with the EPFO, you can get your PF status directly from the EPFO.
