How can I stop the Society from Installation of Mobile Towers on the Terrace of the Building. There are 2 Cancer patients in the building and the doctors have given a letter stating that the RF radiations generated from these antennas can cause reoccurence of the Cancer. Out of 59 Flats 25 flats are opposing the installation, about 10 flats are vacant and about 5 flats are on leave and licence basis where the owners are not present. There are some members who have a vested interest and want to make money out of this suitation since they are finiancially not well off and want to make money from this deal. Please advise how do you stop them from doing so |

in a CHS, a decision definitely cannot be arrived if the majority does not support it. try to raise the issue in General Board, and get a resolution passed that mobile towers should not be erected... hope that helps |

Our society is proposing to install a mobile phone tower on the roof-top. Are there any regulations regarding such installations on residential buildings?? Is there a definite document on the health hazards of such a tower? |

| Dear Fayyaz Semy; I stay in a complex on GB Road. I have a similar experience. I think we all need to meet up and together approach the authorities to have the rules modified. Please welcome to the URL : installation of mobile tower regulations DEepak Kadam (Posting of mob. no. is against RTI India - Forum Rules - hence deleted) Last edited by ambrish.p; 12-04-2009 at 11:13 PM.. |
