Evening and part time courses

HELLO EVERYONE, I have a doubt .

Whether the evening courses and part time courses run by jamia millia islamia college is deemed eligible for the govt jobs or not.
Also whether the MBA and Engineering courses run by this college in evening are recognised and affiliated by the HRD and AICTE. whether these certificates are elegible for getting the government jobs.
Please revert .
