Dear Atanu To withdraw PF money you need to fill the form no.19 (Employees's Provident Fund Scheme, 1952) and Form No.10C (Employee’s Pension Scheme, 1995) and you can withdraw the PF deposited to your account by your previous Employer. Forms available here: EPFO If ex-employer not ready to cooperate, you can get your signature attested by: 1.Manager of a bank. 2.By any gazetted officer. 3.Member of the Central Board of Trustees./ committee/ Regional Committee (Employees' Provident Fund Organization). 4.Magistrate/ Post/ Sub Post Master/ President of Village Panchayat/ Notary Public. For details please see the blog/s of Taurus Sir on PF: RTI India - EPF - transfer or withdraw. reagrds |

Hello I have my PF amount to be claimed for many years. i have send the Form 13 to PF office and the same forwarded to my ex-employer.They have not signed and forwarded back the same to PF office for many reasons . When I inquired them they say I was not relieved properly so they wont sign it. Please help me what steps I can do. I filled a case in court against PF office and PF reply was if the ex-employer signs they will give my money. I have the court order.. Given the condition my ex-employer doesnt sign the form what should i do to get my pF money which is pending for almost 5 years.. |
