My brother Shri.G.Venkatachalam, retired from State Bank of India on 10 02 1989. He was paid Pension and PF dues promptly, but was not paid with the Gratuity amount. This fact came to his knowledge only recently. He is aged 72 years and had a byepass surgery recently. He has sent letter to the SBI , followed by spate of reminders. He is yet to get the grtatuity payment. The details are furnished below:
1. G.Venkatachalam, Retired Asst. General Manager
2.PPF no 437670.
3.Last worked at Inspection Department, Hyderabad.
4.Salary was paid by OAD, Corporate Centre, SBI, Mumbai.
5. Letter sent on 21 11 2008, followed by monthly reminders .
I request you to kindly take up the case sympathetically and arrange to get the gratituity amount early.
