dear nitin bhuta ji, please note that you will not be able to secure permission from the municipal authority for the purpose as outlined by you, for various reasons. it may suffice to say that you are advised that you make a temporary structure (which can be removed at a short notice, using angles, nuts and bolts), of smallest required size, and cover it with acrylic / FRP sheets. for all future reference, you are encouraged to restrict your queries only relating to RTI (Right to Information ) Act on this forum. For other matters, pl visit our sister portal bighelpers.org |

Dear Whackpack, Thanks for the reply. I had raised these issue on RTI prima faciely only for two reasons because Firstly I was planning to approach BMC in Mumbai for necessary permission because I am aware that BMC Provides permission for temporary balcony cover by charing some nominal fees and Secondly when we buy any property in India normally common area , balconies, stair case area, surrounding amenities are all taken into consideration while deciding saleable area i.e. super built up.henceforth we will restrict our threads only vis-a-vis RTI Only.Once again thanks a ton for the guidance. regards Nitin Bhuta |
