Need Help: Provident fund transfer

Dear sir,

I was apply through my present company (Larsen & Toubro Ltd.) for Provident fund transfer from my previous company PF Account no. MH/43482/431.
My present company has forwarded the form-13 for pf transfer to my earlier employer in July'08 at below address.

The Manager
Indian Oil Tanking Ltd,
103, Spectra, Hiranandani Business Park,
Powai, Mumbai- 400 076.

But till date I have not got any information regarding my PF transfer from my previous company.

I hav check up with my earlier employer and they confirm receipt of papers & further process as till date we have not received any pf amount.

Kindly Suggest me what I do for same.
