Society Registration without Occupancy Certificate

hello sir
i am new to this site and have posted my query through RTI General discussions. The query is :- Can any Co-operative Housing Society be registered without Occupancy Certificate by Registrar & will it be a valid/authentic/legally correct socy. ?

The information you want can be available if you can ask it under the RTI Act to registrar of co-operative societies, thane. However, I believe a housing society can be formed even before the members select a plot on which to construct a building. But i am not a legal expert, and may be wrong.
