My mother is widowed and she is the only daughter of his father. Her father has inherited ancestral property. Now he has sold entire property to the 4 sons of his two brothers without consent/any information to my mother somwhere after September 2008 and we came to know it on May 2009. Please help me by telling that whether my mother can claim her share in the property. Her father is widower since last 30 years and is willingly residing with his one brother. Now what her legal position in the property.-Rajesh. |

Dear Rajesh, Your mother can first talk to her father and if he shows indiffrence to her then she has to move the court of law through proper channel. you should consult a lawyer who is experienced in such cases so that he can guide you in the right direction. |
