i seek some information from SBI, R K Puram, New Delhi but didn't received reply in 40 days. to whom should i complaint now. please help me

If u have filed RTI application then it is a simple case of "deemed denial" of information . You need to file a First Appeal addressed to First Appellate Authority for non supply of info.The time limit for filing First Appeal is 30 days from the date of PIO 's reply

Fee: no fees for First Appeal with central public authorities.

Format:No prescribed format for First Appeal with central public authorities. .
