MCA colleges with Dummy staff

Hello,
I want to get information regarding staff members shown by any college
for their MCA department at the time of AICTE inspection and the photos
and appointment letters shown during AICTE visit for MCA department start permission.


I also want copies of muster maintain with list of working staff at MCA department for last 2 years. I also want list of bank accounts detail of salary account to which college is paying salary and salary slips of all the staff members working in last 2 years in MCA department of a college.

Please tell me how to ask such information under RTI to the college.

You have to file RTI application to the PIO of your college asking for your queries. I am attaching a copy of RTI Act which you can read to get aquainted with the act. It will really help me to get information about my queries.
A college at RAJKOT city - GUJARAT State has cheated me regarding
my appointment as an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR.

College name is R.K. Group of Colleges, RAjkot.
Running Engineering, MBA, MCA, etc departments.

I was working as a LECTURER at NIRMA UNIVERSITY, AHMEDABAD in
MCA Department. I have work experience of 8 years.
They arranged a dummy interview and selected my as an ASST. PROF. in
MCA Department as they were starting new MCA dept. in 2008.
They have already issued an appointment order mentioning my designation as an ASST. PROF. and salary with the basic of Rs. 12000/- per month.
But after join the college they paid me around 12000/- fixed salary for first month. As i disagree to accept it then they again agreed to give the salary mentioned in the appointment letter but again next month they gave salary with basic Rs. 10000/- per month. As I refused it they have start doing mental harassment and politics with me.

So please guide me to file a legal case against them.

As per your information it seems that its a private colllege. You need to file the RTI application regarding your query to the PIO of the concerned university .
The case seems to be of fraud and cheating. If you have all the documents showing the difference between the promised and the real salary then you can go to the police also. But the best way to teach the college a lesson will be to expose its management's fraud and wrong doings to the university and the AICTE.
One of the other ways will be to file an RTI application to the PIO of AICTE asking for the details of faculty provided by the college to the AICTE monitoring committee.

As a good academician we must bring this incidence and other incidences in notice to the all aspirant academecians and those who are looking for further promotions in academics so that atleast they got aware about it.
