Than after two month i started followup regarding the status of PF withdraw, Last week I got information my prev employer got information from PF office is "Your pf settlement claims have been processed on 25th March 2009 and the cheques have also been issued. In your application form, you have given the details of your bank account with Axis Bank, Gujarat and PFO has forwarded the cheques to that address only. Please check with the bank and get back to us." Than after i check with the bank and also check account statement, but not found any transaction related to PF credit amount. I aslo talk with bank managar where i have account, but he told me that we haven't received any check from PF office related to my account. My prev employee also got information "PF Office has not received the cheques back. Hence they should be lying with the bank. Please check and request them to return the cheques. Then only PFO will issue fresh cheques."My question is :
