Unanswered: stamp papers of value Rs 2,80,000/

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that we had purchased stamp papers for the Registery of Industrial Plot in Greater Noida on 30/04/2008.Due to reduction in stamp duty by the state government stamp papers value Rs.280000( Rs Two lac Eighty Thousand only). We remaining balance, which
ben submitted to ADM(Revenue) offers encashment on 23/10/2008.
Since than, we are following up this matter with ADM Revenue Office. But each time the dealing officer giving lame excuses and delaying the payment.Till date reasons given by him are -
1. ADM R is busy
2. ADM R is busy in election
3. There is no budget
4. Closing (31March)
During this period we had also informed District Magistrate in person again we met and given our request to him in writing on dated15.04.2009.But we had not got any response from ADM R office even after this.
we had sent letter to the State Chief information commissioner and State informate commissiner by speed post on 13/02/09.
Sorry to say that still we r waiting the reply from them.
Once again you WE REQUEST YOU TO ENCASH OUR STAMP PAPERS AND REFUND THE EQUELLENT AMOUNT TO US AT THE EARLIEST AS THE MATTER HAS ALREADY BEEN DELAYED.

Welcome to RTI India - Complete Online Community Portal for Right to Information

Please note that this forum is not for providing answers or providing information . We endeavor to provide means for getting information by using the Right to Information Act, 2005.

You may make an application to DM's office, asking current status of your application for encashment of stamp papers. You can get good help from http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...ding-govt.html

But before you pen down the application, please go through RTI Guide. Here you will know , where and how to make application, where and how to make payment of fees, and how to draft a technically correct application.
