Road Tax in Karnataka for other state registerd cars

Hello All,
Daily, I am travelling from Hosur (Tamilnadu) to Bangalore. I have planned to buy a car with registration to be done in Tamilnadu, since I am residing in Tamilnadu. I would like to know whether I am eligible to use my car to travel to Bangalore daily and how miuch tax I have to pay to Karnataka government to cross the border daily. I tried to get the information http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/images...lossarlink.gif from Motor vehicle act but it went in vein. Please help me to know the details.
