Question: RTI application to find exam result

Hi All

I am new to this forum and about to go to file application. Please guide me i can file an application to universities.

Details are:

My wife took admission in B.Ed at Jiwaji University, Gwalior session 2006-07. Exams were over in January 08. Its been 2 and half years now but tstill no marksheet has been received. They are even not telling us about the result.

Can i file RTI application to the university?

Please guide how to do it.

i am KAMALAKAR K POWAR '
I took admisiion in Engg college under SHIVAJI UNIVERSITY Kolhapur
Now i am in BE (LAST YEAR) ..
in previous exam for 1 subject i got very less marks..but i was not satisfied with that marks..therfore i claim for rechake with xerox copy,, i attched proof for every answer showing 100% correctness ..but university has declare NO CHANGE...

so can i do anything via RTI ,..to know about paper assesment and rechek process.. plz help me in this issuee.
