I am a chairman of society for last two years. I have a joint property on my daughters and my name. As per the by laws of the society a form has been filled and given it in the society. Recently we have co-opted new members in the society commitee. One of the member insist on calling for my IndexII agreement copy. Does he have rights to ask for the copy.

Mr Parvez,
You can ask this query to the registrar of society by filing an application under RTI

Act.
