You can file a RTI application with the PIO of the bank.
If it is a nationalised bank, your RTI application has to be as per the RTI rules and fees for the Centre. These area available in the Guide segment of the portal: RTI Guide

Hello sir,

I had applied for Probationary officers (2009) post in Syndicate Bank. The result was released last month. My name did not figure in the selected list of candidates. I need to know why my name is not shortlisted, even though i had better qualifications.

Is there any provision in RTI to demand the reason for my candidature being rejected?

RTI can be used only for information but provided that affected persons can ask for the reason/s under 4 (1) d of the RTI act: 4 (1)d provide reasons for its administrative or quasi-judicial decisions to affected persons.

U can seek details of marks or ratings obtained by last 5 candidates selected in the process and also details of your scoring.
