    Inspite of repeated mails, the airtel authorities have not bothered with this..& they insist that it is a usage from my side, inspite of the fact that the modem remains switched off , I've unlimited access to internet from workplace & top it all I wasn't even in town during this outrageous bill usage. They refuse to accept that they are not doing enough to resolve the case & have not provided any details as to what kind of investigation is taking place. Below id the copy of the mail marked to the ombudperson.. of no use



    This is with reference to my Airtel bill dated 24/04/3009. After repeated complaints about the amount I have been charged for Broadband, I am utterly dismayed by your response towards it. (Bill attached herewith for your reference)

    The usage charges as charged by Airtel are worth 6892. I have not used the internet or any other service that validates this amount. In fact, as a consumer, you'll can check my historical data prior to this bill. It has never exceeded beyond Rs.2000/-

    This is the last time that I will communicate with Airtel. If this dispute is not resolved within a week, I will be compelled to approach the consumer court and friends in the media who can highlight your level of customer service and the disregard shown towards a customers problem.

    I would also like to understand if you have any check in place to ensure that your engineers who install and operate broadband services are regularly checked for dilligence and honesty and what are the procedures (if any) to ensure that internal misuse of a customers brioadband connectivity is not misused.
