Can someone tell me that if my grandfather who was looking after family property and later has given up his rights to the property to his nephew who was looking after it. His nephew who died but has not transferred the property to anyone does the right revert back to my family.

Regarding your query-- It is a legal matter and you have to take into consideration the family of that nephew etc,.
