I left my last company without serving a one month notice, Is the company having rights to stop my payment of PF ? please assist ASAP if they stop the payment, what are the steps that i can take to get my contribution to PF ?      |

no one can touch your contribution to pf and interest there on. file refund application with employees P F Organisation of your area. you can visit site epfindia.nic.in for guidance.
