hi i am kamal, In this application under
RTI law we have asked some information for Municipal Council for the implementation of Municipal solid Wastes ( Managment & Handling) Rules 2000. Municipal wastes law is very important legislature but Municipal Authorities don,t bother to implement it. Now we are going to file a PIL in Punjab & Haryana High Court for the enforcement of Law. In this particular case Executive officer has been fine Rs 25000.00 for non furnishing of Information along with compensation to me of Rs 3000.00 for my three visits to chandigarh along with disciplinary action against Executive Office of Municipal Council Sangrur.
