Hi Folks ! I'm a new member of this community and a sufferer in consequences of a false and fully cococted Criminal case u/s 498-A of IPC filed by my (now divorced ) wife in past. I was forced to study law in private for the want of knowledge as to how and why I was so victimised and exactly what facts and documents from the police department you may demand as a right when accused in a criminal case and upon so studying found out the ways and means to obtain information from police records and by questioning the concerned and present policemen on duty at the time of one's arrest etc. with pointed questions to which they either reply honestly or in a veiled way, ambiguously and further klay stress on the information given voluntarily by them in order to clear themselves from any misgivings etc. It is a technique to get information without demanding so in writing and without any underhand way but in a tactful manner, an art in itself, which comes naturally to a person of inquiring mind. So if any one of the members here need help desparately in similar and fraudulant criminal cases, pl. feel free to ask of me at (Posting of mail ids is against forum rules-hence deleted) I'm sure that this forum is of an immense help to the needy.
