Report the matter to the higher office. There must be a ACP or a DCP incharge of that area. Visit his office and give a written complaint that the SHO is is not filing a FIR.Wait for a few days and if there is still no action, file a RTI application asking for the progress on your complaint regarding non filing of FIR. |
