Can you substantiate the claim?
Do you already have the documents:
1) TA Bill.
2) Receipt of actual payment made.
3) Rough page with some signature on it, to prove the authenticity.
If you know the CAG address, you can file a
RTI application addressed to
PIO + address of CAG, the department will forward it to the correct
PIO in their office as per sec. 6(3) of the act.
