Yes under RTI Act i have taken all this.
The ruff calculation sheet has no sign of calculating official but is attested by the Account officer with sign and seal. As I have asked for final bill copy of the bill it is also given with no changes on it for deductions made but it has been attested by account officer. It is a clear case of violation of rule by account oficer but being ib nexus with higher officers I need o take him on in another forum. So please send me rule copy if any or advice acordingly.
