Obc list of karnataka

Hi everybody,

I'm basically from Bangalore but right now working in New Delhi. I wish to get an OBC Certificate to apply for Lok Sabha Secretariat Exams. I belong to "Vanniyar Kula Kshatriyar" but in my TC it has been recorded as "Gounder" an equivalent of "Vanniyar" in Karnataka.

I've been denied a OBC certificate saying that I dont come under this category. I've checked the list on the Central Government OBC List published by National Commission for Backward Classes, which shows "Vanniya Gounder" comes under OBC. U can see the dtls below which I've obtained from the list.
