1)Please provide me with the certified copies of the rules, regulations and policies followed for the following:

a) Making payment against a TA Bill.
b) Making deductions to a TA Bill.

2) Please inform me what action is taken against the accounts officer in case the above mentioned rules, regulations and policies followed for making payment and deductions against a TA Bill are violated
