Defaulter Managing Committee Member COntinue as MC member
Can a defaulter MC member continue in the Managing Committee asa defaulter. we have committee of 9 members 1 resigned. Secretary said if this defaulter resigns they dont have any one to work in the committee is it possible to continue him hence the quoram required is 5 nos.
