    Question CTS Number of land and location


    I want to know from where can i get the information and detail of the land of which our builder has provided to us. Survey number 26, PART-1, C.T.S. No.307-66/A, 66/A. This plot is behind Konwada, Ramchandra Lane, Muttumari Amman Nagar, Malad(W). And the Developer name is M/s. ASK CORPORATION. Are the information provided is true and from where to confirm this..

    you can confirm this information in the following office
    1. Taluk office, asking for patta and survey sketch of that particular land
    2. Town planning section, asking for approved plan
    3. Sub registrar office, asking for index 2 entries pertaining to that particular land and also certified copies of that transactions.

    HI
    OPP TO MY BLDG THERE IS A PLOT WHICH BELONGS TO MUMBAI SUBURBAN COLLECTOR. I WANT TO KNOW THE CTS NO OF THAT PLOT THROUGH RTI. PL GUIDE ME THAT WHO IS THE PIO AND WHERE TO GIVE MY APPLICATION i.e TO THE COLLECTOR OR BMC

    i live in ghatkopar(e), mumbai. Opp to my bldg there was a open plot belonging to mumbai suburban collector. Suddenly some construction came on this plot. I came to that the collector has alloted the plot to build residencial complex. I want to file an rti regarding this issue. Pl help me who is the pio, what all question i have to write.

    You can also file a RTI Application with the SPIO in the Office of the Collector and ask for the inspection of the relevant file. That will have all the information you need about that plot as well as the process undertaken to give it to a residential complex.

    Your RTI Application has to be as per the RTI Rules and Fees for Maharashtra. These are available in the Guide segment of the portal: RTI Guide

    Please also read some of the other articles in the guide segment as well as the links given under the "All about RTI" icon/tab on the home page of the portal.

    what all documents i have to ask i.e price of land sold to the builder, who is the surveyor, dp maps. iam new to rti. pl guide what all questions is related to it?

    There is no need to ask for any documents.

    All you have to do is ask for "inspection" of the relevant file and also say that you will take selected copies from that file after inspection.

    I am sorry, but I do not know anything about Land Documents, etc.
    I am only well versed in RTI !

    Default cts status of slum


    location - kurla, mumbai
    there is a single tenant on our plot having a shanty (slum) which is illegal..
    tenant says it is on different survey number and not ours..
    how can we find out the cts status of this particular shanty using rti

    please help
