I want to know, whether the matter involved in the enquiry proceeding or any other investigation can be demanded under the RTI Act

1. Applicant can apply for any information. Its the PIO who has to decide
, whether can be provided or not. Applicant always has a right of appeal. PIO cannot simply deny information . S/he has to explain how a particular information would fall under any exemption clause. You can file appeal on these grounds. Please see:Section 08
