Hello everybody,
1)Are there any conditions regarding eligibility of a case to be dealt by the Central Information Commission ?
2)What type of case is dealt by the SIC and what type of Case is dealt by CIC?
3) Can an information seeker send his second appeal direct to the CIC when there is a SIC in his state ?
4) Can a citizen from Bangalore ask for some information from a state Govt Office in Mumbai ?

As the name indicate, the CIC viz., Central Information Commission deals with public authorities under the control of the Central Government and the SIC, viz.,State Information Commission deals with that of State governments. Any cityzen of India can ask information from any SIC on matters falling under their jurisdiction.
