Information required from ROC

I had sent letter to the ROC (Registrar of Companies) Goa on 18/11/2008 regarding a Company in Goa of which I am a shareholder about the Balance Sheets and Annual Reports which the company is required to file every year.
Instead of giving any information I got a letter dated 22/01/2009 from them asking me to reply within 10 days giving documentary proof that I am a shareholder of the Company.
I responded to them giving proof that I was a shareholder on 2/2/2009. I have not received any response thereafter from them.
How can I use the RTI to get information whether any action has been taken by them for non filing.

"Under Section 383A of Companies Act,1956 Company having share capital of Five crore or more requires a full time company secretary"

How can I get this information from ROC Bihar Jharkhand about those companies which do not comply with the section 383A of companies act,1956 and what action has been taken against them?

a. U can file RTI application for action taken report if have already filed any complaint in this regard. Please refer post # 2 for details

Just file a RTI application and ask for :

1. List of all Companies incorpoarted under the Companies Act 1956, in your poublic authortiy which have violated Sec 383A of...... since the date....................
2. Details of action taken on the Companies listed in Item 1 above

RTI application has to be addressed to the PIO of the ROC.

Your RTI Application has to be as per the RTI Rules and Fees for the Centre.
