    Question Whom shall approach for documents of our Society. Building Plan?

    Dear Sir,

    I would like to get the documents of our Society. Building Plan Etc..... For this where shall give the RTI form and the letter? I stay in Bhayander. Should I approach them directly or post it? Where shall I go? Mira Bhayander Mucipality or? Please reply me immediately.

    Dear Sir,

    Thanks a lot. I have sent the application without stamp with Registered AD. Shall i send one more with application and fee.? I have another doubt. If the chairman is at fault in many things that he has done in the society. How we can put him out of the committee? Can anybody file a case or anything else against him? I bought my flat on 10/2/2002 and society put an application for registration of the society. That is on 17/10/2002. In the application my name is not there and from whom i purchased her name and some body has signed for her. the Society was registered in 2003. And they made me pay the transfer fee rs.16/- per feet. I had already paid the money to the builder. What should i do for doing this? Now i am in the committee and he is trying to put me out for i am finding out his faults. Can he do so if i am not in the fault? What is work of Muncipal Coporator? Can he interfer in the society matters and members?

    Please answer as fast as possible.
