Chennai Airport Expansion - Land Acquisition Information - RTI

Hi Team,

With regard to the chennai airport expansion plan the Government of Tamilnadu published the land to be acquired on its website, enclosed kindly find the attachment as pdf file.

Can I file an RTI to check on finer details of the land to be acquired with respect to specific survey numbers and when would it be likely acquired and what would be the compensation offered?

Any guidance on the next steps of filing the RTI petition would be very much appreciated.

Hello Members,

Greetings!

I am planning to purchase a villa which is going to come near K.K.College of Pharmacy, on Kolapakkam road, Girugambakkam. PSBB school Porur, is also very near to this site. The project belongs to Manju Foundation and they are going to construct 250 villas. When i asked the builder they said that they have got the NOC, so nothing to worry.

I would like to clarify whether the above said area is under the expansion layout sketch or is there any harm in purchasing it.

Your advise is highly appreciated and will be valuable to me.
