Can Home LTC be denied on the grounds such as unavailablity of funds etc.?

If some departments are doing so deliberately with some of its employees then what possible action can started against them?

U can file RTI application with PIO of concerned dept seeking information of LTC paid in last financial year and copy of rule or GR based on which sanction of your LTC bill is denied. Pl visit:

I am eligible for claiming Economy class airfare for LTC but my claim was forfeited by accounts branch since i traveled by private airline my query is,
can i claim for AC-2 tier fair for the journey i actually performed by private airline
for the purpose of LTC Home Town .
