Re: co-operative housing society act parking rules in maharashtra
Open parking area in the society means the area which is open to sky.
Society can charge towards "parking charges" which depends on the resolution passed in the general body meetings, allotment and the rates for 2-4 wheeler vehicle.
Depends on the parking space available , society can allot you 2 parking space and charge accordingly, 2nd parking space may be on temp-basis untill other member to apply for the parking space available.
Could any body help me out with an online book on the bye laws of a HSG SOC?
I have recently purchased a car on my name and wish to park it the premises of the society. The flat in which I reside is registered in the name of my father’s brother.
The owner of the flat (my fathers brother ) has giving a letter stating the requirement of parking a car in the society, however the secretary has not agreed to it stating that the law is only if the car is registered on the Flat owners name he is allowed to park in the society.
I have recently purchase a flat at kalyan. The builder is forcing me to buy a parking lot. where as other members in the building have not purchased any. After enquiring the current residents, i came to know that builder has hold the parking lots to few members and not yet given any registry paper for the parking lot. Can a builder or developer legally sell a parking lot ? if it is illegal, how the same can be sorted?
