Hello
I am RK Shukla wrking as librarian in Delhi College of Engineering I am also link officer to PIO here. I have also written on right to information for a UNESCO sponsored project along with other authors it may be viewed at http://salisonline.org . I hope our association shall work for eradiacation of red tapeness .
