what are the bye laws and procedures for entering the names of family members in the share certificate, as the flat is acquired BY MY FATHER ,vide family arrangement after seperation of our hindu undivided family of 4 brothers.

In this context what are duties of chairman, secretary, committee members and their powers and procedure for considering these application,

HOW CAN ,THE UNJUSTIFIED AND BIASED DECISIONS OF COMMITTEE, WITHOUT CONSIDERING THE LEGAL PROVISIONS,BE HANDLED BY THE APPLICANT TO GET THE PURPOSE FULFILLED

IN CASE OF N0NCOOPERATION FROM THE FAMILY SENIOR WHOSE NAME APPERES FIRST IN SHARE CERTIFICATE, WHAT SHOULD BE DONE.
