Tatkal passport for students
Hi!
i am a student studying at Allahabad. I wish to apply for passport in tatkal scheme. Obviously I dont have enough identity required to apply from Allahabad and I want to apply from my home town Kolkata where I have : 1. Electors Photo Identity Card,
2. Railway Identity Cards 3. Bank Passbook
My questios are:
is it possible to apply from kolkata at all in tatkal scheme in my case? and if possible then what are the documents needed? Also, should I then present for police verification at kolkata?

You can use your Calcutta address permanent and present address as temporary. And give documentation for both.Sponsorer
However,Sir this site is meant only for RTI only. Please respect that.
