Hi I have not received income tax refunds for following years - a.y.2003 - 04 received part - a.y.2005 - 06 not received - a.y.2006 - 07 not received - a.y.2007 - 08 not received when i went to ITO he told that bank details are not feeded. He punched bank details for a.y.2003 - 04 and told me you will receive refund thru' ECS. Till date about a week over i have not received any refund. Also he has not answered for other asst. yrs. Please let me know how and where can i approach for RTI. I am residing at Kandivali - Mumbai Thanks Vijay Shah      |

 YOU are in MUMBAI and so am I.You can telephone me on 9821096052. I shall help you to make RTI application for ur I.T. refunds and you will get them within 30 days. May be for A.Y.2007-08 it may take longer time.  |
