Bottled drinking water
Can Government can put any capping on the price of any product apart from medicines? Some companies come up with a idea of increasing the MRP by just changing the bottle design of their product. The same water with less capacity bottles getting in malls and multiplexes with higher MRP. Then there is no standard mentioned in the bottle prescribing the quality of water and the contents. Is there any provision to prevent these kind of activities?
