    complaining againt misbehave of an advocate

    I'm a student of IIT Kharagpur. I went to apply for change of name for my sister in my home town bokaro. An advocate took money to do the same but next day said it can't be done. He misbehaved when asked to return the money and used foul language. How to make a complain against such ill mannered advocate.
