I am Balaji and I own an apartment with 19 others in 10000 Sq. Ft of land. All 20 UDS have been registered (in 2005-06).
Mr.A was the owner of the 10000 Sq.Ft. of area who gave the land for Development of Apartment to M/s.X pvt. ltd.
After selling all 20 apartments to different people (not a single flat to Mr.A), can the promoter (M/s.X pvt ltd) has a right to allot a Open Car Park to the ex-owner of the land (Mr.A), despite not owning a single Sq.Ft. of UDS ?
