to know the vilage land revenue records

dear sir
i am doing research on agrarian structure and development pattern in srikakulam district. to know the land records i am browsing apland.nic.in. but in taht webcite some village records are not maintained properly
now
can i get village revenue records throuugu rti
the question is each individual owner ship of the lands in a village

if so whom to i apply in andhrapradesh
with regards
