Indane Distributor is not giving connection without LPG Stove

I am living in Kolkata and want to New Gas Connection, So, I contacted
to distributor near by me the distributor booked me with the Wait List
No. 111403900000660 on 27th August 2009. He prepared a letter on 10th
September and posted to me on 24 September 2009. I received it on 25th
September 2009. After this I have ready all necessary documents and
called to distributor. I have taken half day leave and go to
distributor Today he told me he did not received Acknowledge form
(which was attached with Registered post) so he can not issue me gas
connection. After receiving AD I again go to distributor but he told
me this is compulsory to buy hot plate (LPG Stove) from distributor.
But I have already ISI marked hot plate (LPG Stove).
I contacted to customer care help desk 033-22364599 one executive
spoke with me she did not told me her name and did not logn in
complaint for me. The talking manner is not good that lady.
