Legal Case
I live in Jammu,
In our family there is a legal case going on from 28 year still there is no result and every time a new hearing date is decided and case is again linger on.
I want to know how to go thru a fast mechanisim so that case may be settled in days rather then in months or years.

APPEAL: Use RTI to get Information from Private/Public Unaided Schools to stop violation of norms in Education. Private Schools are under the Purview of RTI--CIC.
