el encashment during ltc
Namaskar Every one
I AM WORKING IN A DELHI GOVT. HOSPITAL and i need some information about rules and act relating encashment of EL when availing LTC . as i have applied for it in my office for LTC and encashment of 10 EL and according to administration my EL can not be encashed because my total no. of EL is less than 30 EL . is there any such clause for encashment of EL during LTC.
